1 [GENERAL PROVISIONS]
This document constitutes the Privacy Policy of the Kipy Watch store, comprising the rules regarding the protection of personal data as well as the security of other data provided to the Website by the User.
The Privacy Policy is an integral appendix to the Store’s Terms of Service.
2 [DEFINITIONS]
The terms used in this document mean:

3 [PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION]
The Administrator processes your personal data in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws in the United States.
The extent, duration, and purposes of data processing are specified at the point of collection (e.g., within the relevant forms) and are further detailed in ancillary documents such as the Kipy Watch Application Privacy Policy. Personal data is transmitted only to the Administrator’s trusted sub-processors, namely IT service providers, accounting, and administrative services.
4 [USER RIGHTS, DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA]
In case of any change to their personal data, the User must update it by sending an appropriate message to the Administrator.
The User has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, request its erasure, as well as restrict its processing.
Furthermore, they have the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of personal data. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, withholding consent to data processing prevents the use of the Website.
The User can request the deletion of their personal data at any time. The Administrator may refuse to delete personal data whose retention is necessary and mandatory under legal obligations incumbent upon it, as well as for service termination or security purposes. In all other cases, data will be deleted upon the User’s request or anonymized after the cessation of service provision or when it is no longer used for the purposes for which it was collected.
5 [TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION]
The Administrator uses all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the User’s personal data and to protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Information is stored and processed on highly secure servers, meeting US data protection legal requirements.
The Administrator is committed to performing backups containing Users’ personal data.
The entrusted data is stored on equipment and servers located in secure data centers, accessible only to authorized personnel.
The Administrator carries out activities related to the processing of personal data in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed by applicable data protection legislation.

The client station name: identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
Information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
